Our company manufactures and supplies components from aluminum alloys for enterprises in the electric power industry, petrochemical industry, mechanical engineering and other industries.

We use chill mold/PGS casting technologies.

The advantages of our production are:

Products
We produce a wide range of products obtained by various casting methods. Today, our products are components for low- and high-voltage power lines, high-voltage switches and disconnectors (VGBE-35, VGT-110, VEB-110, RPD-110, RPD-220), flanges for feedthrough and support polymer insulators (IOSPK, OPN, etc.), products for general mechanical engineering, machine parts, etc.

We produce castings for all industries from the following alloys:
AK5 - AK5M2 - AK7 - AK7Ts9 - AK8M - AK9 - AK12 - AK12M2 according to GOST-1583-93
LC40 according to GOST-17711-93

Products can be shipped as cast blanks or as finished parts with mechanical processing.

The weight of one casting is from 200 g to 60 kg.

It is possible to manufacture castings and parts with special technical requirements for chemical composition, tightness, hardness, porosity, etc. We also select analogues of foreign alloys according to GOST.

We develop and manufacture technological equipment (including according to customer drawings):

  • Model equipment
  • Metal molds (chill mold)
  • Production stages

Aluminum casting for the power industry


Today, in the power industry, the term "polymer insulators" is widespread, understandable and familiar.

The main design elements of any polymer insulator are usually the same:

  • a fiberglass rod (pipe) that bears the mechanical load;
  • metal flanges or end caps, with the help of which the insulator is attached to current-carrying parts and grounded structures;
  • a polymer shell, which serves to protect the supporting fiberglass from atmospheric influences and forms the required length of the current leakage path.

We have carried out work on selecting a flange material with an expansion coefficient corresponding to the expansion coefficient of the insulator rod material at both negative and positive temperatures.

The material was selected from a range of aluminum alloys according to GOST 1583-93 with zinc, which meets all technical requirements and has high corrosion resistance and low specific gravity.

Since different manufacturers fasten flanges to the insulator using different methods (pressure fit, "hot fit", fastening with pins, etc.), by prior agreement with the customer, we can manufacture flanges of any shape, with any tolerance on the mounting hole and various connection dimensions.
